(TO THE EDITOR OF THEDUNSTASTIMEiO Sir,—ln consequence of certain reports circulating throughout the District affecting my character in connection with the Estate of James Conuew. I wish to state through your paper, that, in consequence of the oxtreme opposition of the former owner and the complicated state of affairs, I find myself unable to carry outmy former intentions, and so I have asked the Trustee in the Estate to cancel my arrangement with him.
