I wish to state through your paper, that, in consequence of the oxtreme opposition of the former owner and the complicated state of affairs, I find myself unable to carry outmy former intentions, and so I have asked the Trustee in the Estate to cancel my arrangement with him. Trusting you will favor ine inserting this in your next issue. Yours, &c, CHARLES AXGEL. Clyde, June 13, 1572.
