L. Shepherd, Esq., respecting special grant to the Institution ; from T. L. Shepherd, Esq., respecting payment of subsidy due ; from W. Greenbank, accompanying cheque for 31. 12s. fid., balance ofjamount collected by him on Drybread ; from W. A. Worsop, Esq., Wanaka, Secretary to regatta committee, accompanying cheque for 51. 10s., and the outward was read and adopted. The Visiting Committee’s Report No. 1. was read and received. < Report No. 2. recommending the payment of accounts amounting to 821. Cs. 5d., was read and adopted.
