Gentlemen, — THE “Land Transfer Act 1870” (based upon the original Torren’t Act), is just closing, its first year ,of existence, and so far as the country is concerned I believe, as some of you may know, the result is more than satisfactory ; as for myself, a Licensed Broker under the.
