The Committee appointed to the special meeting of the Council of the I9Mi of March, to wait on Mr. M'Pherson, relative to the Clyde punt, reported that Mr. M'Pherson had offered, -if the Council would defray half the cost of the constriction of a stone pier, to remodel his punt, for all practicable purposes.
