A man named Thomas Williams, was recently killed on the Melbourne and St. Hilda railway lino. The body had some', extraordinary marks upon it:—“ A tree of life” and Adam and Eve on the upper part of his right arm, a man and woman on the lower part of the same arm, the crucifixion on the upper part of the left arm and the words “ Have communion with God; Be familiar with one; Deal justly with all; Speak evil of none.” A new kind of type for the blind has been invented by. Reuben Yose, a New York broker, by the use of which it will cost only two dollars, as at present, and to further complete the system, a printing press has been constructed by which the blind can print for Themselves, enabling them to carry on correspondence with their friends a those with eyes. The prohibitionists of Boston Highlands have had their minds immensely relieved by the death of Mr. James Sogers, who has persisted in using alcoholic stimulants for one hundred and two years. They ye been telling him all along that it would kill him sooner or later- ~ :
