Post Entry ss. Nominations for the District Handicap will he received by the Secretary up to 9 o’clock p.m., on the 14th of March, at Mr. Ryan’s Bendigo Hotel. Weights will be declared at 10 o’clock on the same evening. Acceptances before 12 o’clock on the 15th of March. RULES AND REGULATIONS. No Person shall be allowed to enter or run ahorse for any race in this programme unless ho be qualified as a subscriber of not less than £1 Is. to the Race Fund. A reduction of 5 per cent will bo made from the gross amcfcnt of all stakes. No Entries will be received for any of the above races, except upon this condition : —That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards or whom they may appoint, and their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of this progromme shall be Anal. Any person entering a protest will have to deposit a sum of £1 la.,'and should such be deemed frivolous by the by the stewards will have to forfeit the amount, The Dunstan Jockey Club rules will be strictly enforced.
