It is, perhaps, hardly necessary to remind our readers that the long-anticipated ' ‘ Band of Hope” Celebration will come off to-night, at the Town-Hall. We hear that there has been a brisk demand for tickets, and a full attendance is anticipated. The Committee have arranged a long and varied programme of amusements, and there is little doubt but tho affair will prove, in every sense of tho word, a complete success.
