Nominations, with fee of 10s. Gd., to be sent in to the Secretary before eight o’clock on the evening of the 16th. Acceptance, 10s. Gd., to be paid before ten o’clock on the morning of the 17th. Five per cent, will be deducted from all stakes for expenses. No person will be allowed to enter a horse whojisj not a subscriber of ill to the Race Fund. The decision of the Stewards in all cases to be final. The Dunstan Jockey Club RuleS" will bo strictly adhered to. Three horses to start, or no race.
