Mares and Geldings allowed 31b. No entries will bo received for any of the above races exoept upon this condition. That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the stewards, or whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the pro gramme shall be final. No person shall bo allowed to enter or run a horse for any race in tins programme, post entry races excepted, unless the latter be qualified as the bona-fide property of a subscriber of not less than 3 1. 3s. to tho race fund. Entries to be received by the Secretary, at his office, Syndcrland Street Clyde, before 9 p.m. on the Ist of February, entrance money enclosed, with name, age, and pedigree (if any) of the horse, name of the owner, and color of rider Any jockey riding except in the colors entered, will bo fined 21.
