The auctioneer particularly draws the attention of business men to this sale, as everything must be cleared out. The business premises, as also the dwelling-house, were built with a view to ensure durability and comfort, which were attained. The stove is sixty feet long by twenty-four feet wide, has two handsome glass fronts, is floored throughout, lined and papered, fitted with cedar-top counter and shelves running the entire length on either side, and is altogether well adapted for carrying on an extensive business. Such an opportunity of pun basing premises, with a good business attached, so seldom presents itself, that the auctioneer confidently invites the attention and attendance of the public. N.B. Mr George Clark begs to intimate that all accounts due to the London House must be paid on or before the Ist of February , otherwise they will be placed in the hands of a solicitor.
