Handicap, and Members’ Handicap to be received by the Secretary before. 9 p.m. on 40i January. Weiglitsfor tlie-Grand Stand Handicap and Handicap Hurde Race to be declared m the “ Dunstan Times” of the 6th of January, and in the “Dailylimes” of the 9th of January, 1871. Acceptances to he received by the Secretary before 9 p.m. on the Ist of February. Weights for the D. J. C. Handicap and Members’ Handicap to be declared on the evening of the 2nd of February, 1871 : acceptances to be received by the Secretary before 10 a.m on the following day. RULES & REGULATIONS. Mares and Geldings allowed Sib. No entries will be received for any of the above races except upon this condition. That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the stewards, or whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the pro gramme shall be final. No person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse for any race in this programme, post entry races excepted, unless the latter be qualified as the bona-fide property of a subscriber of not less than 37. 3s. to the race fund. Entries to be r ceived by the Secretary, at his office, Sunderland Street Clyde, before 9 p.m. on the Ist of February, entrance money enclosed, with name, age, and pedigree, (if any) of the horse, name of the owner, and color of rider. Any jockey riding except in ' the, colors entered, will be fined 21. V Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of all stakes for expenses. Horses walking over will receive 50 ,ier cent of the stakes. The Duns.an Jockey Club Rules will be strictly enforced.
