I THE undersigned Thomas Biack, , hereby make application to re gmter the Colclough Quartz Reef 'Company (Registered), tinder the {provisions of “The Mining Companie’s Limited Liability Act, 1865,” and I do solemnly and sincerely de'oliirb that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:— 1. The name and style of the Company is the Colclough Quartz Reef Company (Registered). 2. The place of operations j’s at Bendigo Gully, near Cromwell. 3.
