I THE undersigned Thomas Biack, , hereby make application to re gmter the Colclough Quartz Reef 'Company (Registered), tinder the {provisions of “The Mining Companie’s Limited Liability Act, 1865,” and I do solemnly and sincerely de'oliirb that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:— 1. The name and style of the Company is the Colclough Quartz Reef Company (Registered). 2. The place of operations j’s at Bendigo Gully, near Cromwell. 3. The name and style of the Company is the “Alta Quartz Mining ’Company (Registered).” 2. The place of operations is at Bendigo in the Province of Otago. 3. The nominal capital of the Com pany is four thousand eight hundred pounds, in four hundred and eighty shares of ten pounds each. 4. The amount already paid up is two thousand -four hundred pounds, being the estimated value of the mine. 5. The name of the Manager s 'Charles Frederick Johnson. 6.
