JAMES RIVERS HAVING determined to close his Business at Alexandra, will hold a Clearing Sale for Six Weeks commencing on Monday, April 11, 1870, of his Large and Well-assorted STOCK, consisting of— Wines, Spirits,' Provisions, Boots, Drapery, Men’s Clothing, Blankets, Carpets, Canvass, Household Furniture,' Cutlery, Plated Ware, Ironmongery, Fancy Goods, Crockery and Glass Ware, Paper-hangings, Timber, &c., &c. Also, — A First-class Express Waggon and Harness ; Spring Cart and Harness ; Pack Saddles ; Four Horses, &c, will be sold at arid BELOW COST PRICE, For Six Weeks Only, After which' the unsold portion will be SOLD BY PUBLIC AUCTION. Tenders are invited for the purchase of the entire Stock, together with the commodious premises. To a party with Capital wishing to start business, this would be a first rate opportunity. N.B.
