Selling Off I! 1 JAMES RIVERS HAYING determined to close his Business at Alexandra, will hold a Clearing Sale for Six Weeks commencing on Monday, April 11, 1870, of his Large and Well-assorted STOCK, consisting of— Wines, Spirits,' Provisions, Boots, Drapery, Men’s Clothing, Blankets, Carpets, Canvass, Household Furniture, Cutlery, Plated Ware, Ironmongery, Fancy Goods,* Crockery and Glass Ware, Paper-hangings, Timber, &c., &c. Also, — A First-class Express Waggon and Harness ; Spring Cart and Harness; Pack Saddles; FourHorses, &c. The Stock will be sold at and BELOW COST PRICE, For Si x Weeks Only, After which the unsold portion will be SOLD BY PUBLIC AUCTION. Tenders are invited for the purchase of the entire Stock, together with the commodious premises. To a party with Capital wishing to start business, this would be a* first rate opportunity. N.B.
