Iff Bankruptcy. April 6. re r Sowerby.—Mr Brough, Counsel ?or Mr. Hallenstein presented a petition toMr. A.D. Harvey, praying foradju'dication. —Order madd accordingly. The first meeting fixed for the 21st instant. April 2i. re William Sowerby. A meeting of the creditors of the above Bankrupt was held this day, at the Court-house, before Mr Arthur D. Harvey. Mr Brough appeared on behalf of the petitionary creditors. Mr. B. Hallenstein was appointed trustee, and Messrs. Wonkheim and Pritchard were blected as supervisors. / Proofs of debt to the amount of nearly SSOO were filed.
