Distance one mile and a half. RULES AND REGULATIONS. Mares and Geldings allowed 31b. No entries will be received for any of the above races except npon this condition. That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out cf the racing shall be decided by the stewards, or whom they may appoint. Their decision upon ail points connected with the carrying 'Out -of the programme shall be final. No person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse for any race in this programme, post entry races excepted, unless the latter be qualified as the bona-lide property of a sub--ciib-'v of not less than 37,35, to the .Tic' 3 fund.
