IN accordance with the Provisions of clauses 82 and 85 of the “Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 1865” I hereby give notice that the Assessment of all Buildings, Lands, Tenements, Heriditaments, Ac., within the Municipality of Clyde was. allowed by the Council, and that such Assessment may be inspected at my Office between the hours of 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. up to the 31st of December, 1869. And I further give notice that any Appeals against the said Assessment must be lodged at my Office not later than noon on the 10th day before the sitting of the Court of Appeal. m, Marshall, Town Clerk. DISSOLUTION of PARTNERSHIP npHE Partnership hitherto subsisting 1 between OWEN PIERCE and BENJAMIN WASHER, of Welshman’s Gully, St. Bathan’s, trading as Storekeepers and Butchers, is this day dissolved by mutual consent.
