Of 15 sovereigns, for all beaten horses No weight under 9st. I'istance one mile and a half. Entrance 10s. RULES AND REGULATIONS. Mares and geldings allowed 311). Three entries for each race or no event. No entries will be received lor any race in the above programme except upon this condition; That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing sha 1 be decided by the Stewards (or whom they may appoint) The decision of the Stewards on all points to he final No person shall he allowed to enter or rum a horse unless a subscriber of not less than £2 2s. to the Race Fund. Post entries in all races except the Town Plate and St. Bathan’s Cup. Five ,per cent, will 1« deducted from the gross amount of all stakes for expenses. Any person entering a prote-t must, in the first instance, deposit the sum of £2 with the Secretary, and should such protest, in the opinion of the Stewards, bo frivolous, tho deposit will be forfeited and aaded to the Race Fund.
