O UFITCT ENT Proof having been bl shown to me that all that' portion ofthe Otago Goldfieldsdescribed in the Schedule hereunto has been fairly tested, and is either wholly or for the greater part of an inferior character as regards its gold deposits, I hereby give notice that the same may he occupied by holders of miners’ rights in claims of the under-mentioned size, namely : One acre for each holder of a miner’s right, provided that no block claim shall comprise more than six acres altogether.
