In the matter of James Scott, Andrew Millar, and Jolm Millar, trading. in co-partner-ship, under the style of Soott and Co., of Butcher’s Point, near Alexandra, in the province of Otago, miners, Insolvent Debtors, and in the matter of the Bankruptcy Act, 1867, and the Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1863 V OTICE is hereby given that a JA Deed executed by the above named James Scott, Andrew Millar, and Jolm Millar, trading as aforesaid, on the 28th of April last past, and made between the said Janies Scott, Andrew Millar, and John Millar, of the first part, James Rivers and William Beresford, therein described, of the second part, and all the creditors of the said firm of Scott and Co., of the third part, whereby the said firm of Scott and Co. Granted and Assigned all the Partnership Estate and Effects, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, unto the said James Rivers and William Beresford, upon certain trusts as in the said deed set forth, for the benefit of all the creditors of the said firm of Scott and Co., has this day been filed in the office of this Honorable Court. And notice is hereby further given, that nn application Will bo made on Monday, the 17th day of May inst, for a declaration of the complete execution of the said deed.
