HODGKINS, Lawyer, Dunedin. JAMES SMITH, Lawyer, Dunedin. And I hereby invite the electors of the said district to give their votes in favor of one of the above-named persons, according* to the follow! g form, and to deliver, or cause to be delivered' the voting papers to me, at my residence, Clyde, on or befoi’e the 31st day of March, 1869. Form of Voting Paper. “I hereby declare that I am a member of the united Church of England and Ireland in New Zealand and I give my vote for as the representative for the district of Dunstan in the First Synod of the Diocese of Dunedin. “Dated 1869. [Signature.] VE. If such voting paper be not delivered by the Elector in person, his signature thereto must be attested by two credible witnesses not being candidates at such election.
