NOTICE. IN returning thanks to the inhabitants of Clyde and surrounding districts for the patronage bestowed upon me during the last six years, I now wish to announce that I am offering for Sale the whole of my large and well assorted STOCK OF SADDLERY AT GREATLY REDUCED PRICES. As it is my intention to retire from the business in New Zealand as scon as the whole is disposed of, which must be by the 31st January, 1869. If not sold bv the above date, the Stock will be otherwise disposed of. Parties requiring anything in the above line should make their purchases at once, as this is a genuine clearing-out s de, the proprietor leaving for England. The Shop and Premises for Sale, known as Chadwick and Co., saddlers, next door to the “ Dunstan Times” printing office ; also two allotments of Land, sections 1 and 2, Block 11., corner of Sunderland-street and Long stone street, behind the Post-office.
