RULES AND REGULATIONS. Mares and geldings allowed 31b 'No entries will be received for any of the above races except upon this condition:— Thatall disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided bv the Stewards, or whom the" may a, —joint their decision upon all points shall be final. No person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse for any race in the above programme (post entry races excepted) unless a subscriber of not less than L2 2s. to the race fund. Entries to be received by the Secretary, at the Victoria Hotel, Mount Ida, before*S p.m. on the 15th February, 1869, entrance money enclosed, with name, age, pedigree (if any) of the horse, name of the owner, colors of the rider. Any jockey riding except in the colors entered will be fined LI Is. Five per cent, deducted from the gross amount-of all stakes for expenses. Horses walking over will receive 50 per cent, of the stakes. The Mount Ida Jockey Club Rules will bo strictly enforced.
