TOWTON (own brother to the Peer) by Melbourne, dam Cinizelli. by Touchstone (vide English Stud Book), imported to New .Zealand in 1858. Marchioness, an own sister to Tow ton and dam of Fishook, won the Oaks in 1855, and the Marquis, a son of Cinizelli, by Stockwell, won the Two Thousand Guineas in 1862 ; ran second for the Derby, for which he was first favorite ; and won the St. Ledger. Good grazing paddocks provided for mares, and every care taken, but no responsibility. One mare out of every five given in to bona-fide owners. Terms, Five Guineas, groomage included. THE SPLENDID THOROUGH-BRED UGLY BUCK "THILL STAND this season at the V V Dunstan, and Travel the district of Cromwell, Alexandra, and Black's. Ugly Buck is a beautiful bay horse, got by the imported horse Frank, dam Creeping Molly, by Colonel (imported). In introducing this horse to the public the owner believes he is meeting a want that has been long felt in the-district.
