Leaning Rock District, about three miles from Clyde. The property is held under lease from the Government, with right to purchase. Together with Dwelling - house, Barns, Stables, and Out-build-ings, all substantially built and in good condition; also Household Furniture, &c. Panning Implements, Horsepower Threshing and Winnowing Machine (T. Robinson and Co.'s No. 4), Chaff-cutter (Nicholson and Chandler's No. 4), Plough, Set of Harrows, Weighing Machine, Dray and Harness, Pour Sets of Leading and other Harness, Two Superior Draught Mares and Two Hurses, Fifteen tons Potatoes, a quantity of Oaten Hay and Straw, large lot of Geese and other Poultry, and a.variety of other articles.
