Robinson and Co.'s No. 4), Chaff-cutter (Nicholson and Chandler's No. 4), Plough, Set of Harrows, Weighing Machine, Dray and Harness, Four Sets of Leading and other Harness, Two Superior Draught Mares and Two H rses, Fifteen tons Potatoes, a quantity of Oaten Hay and Straw, large lot of Geese and other Poultry, and a variety of other articles. The auctioneers, in drawing attention to the sale of this very valuable property need only remark that such an opportunity for safe investment to the bona-tide se tier very rarely occurs, and, as Mr. Kenny intends leaving the country, would reiterate that the sale is genuine. Thirty-six acres of the land are j under wheat and Opts, twenty-two acres under English grass, and one acre is a well-stocked garden and orchard, the fruit-trees in which (over one hundred in number) are of large growth, four years old; and therefore in bearing order.
