Province of Otago.—The holders of Pastoral Leases are reminded that returns of Stock depastured on the Ist of September, on the Lands held under such leases, must be made and deposited -with the Waste Lands Board, during the month of September. NOTICE is hereby given, that an EXTRAORDINARY MEETING of the Shareholders in the above Company will be held at the Provincial Hotel, Dunedin. on Saturday, the 3rd day of October, 1868, at 2 o'clock p.m., to receive the balancesheet of the Company to the 31st day of August, 1868 ; to appoint Auditors ; to make or alter rules for holding and convening general and special meetings of the shareholders, for the election, removal, and annual retirement of all or some of the Directors, for declaring dividends, for preparing half-yearly balance-sheets of the accounts of the Company, and for auditing and examining the same ; and to elect Directors in the stead of William Henry Cutten, Esq., Geoi-ge Lloyd, Esq., John Thomson, Esq., William Henry Taggart, Esq., and Thomas Turner, Esq., all of whom are eligible for re-election.
