From the foregoing and other reasons, the projectors of this enterprise are of opinion that the time has now arrived, when the proposition for the erection of a Flour Mill can with confidence be brought before the Public for consideration, especially when at this season, the want is deeply felt, while on the other hand, the undeniable success that has attended the Mill erected in a neighbouring District, offers a bright example, and gives such encouragement as to permit an indulgence in the hope of expecting a similar result here, which the importance of the district iustlv dei lie motive power will bo water, a plentiful supply being available from three different sources, the choice to be the subject of future deliberations, due consideration being given to economy, supply, fall, &c. The site of the mill, also, and other matters of detail to be left for after determination by the Company or their Directors. As soon as one hundred shares are allotted, a General Meeting of Shareholders will be convened, when a Board of Directors and a Manager will be appointed. Form of Application for Shares. To A. D.
