NOTICE. riIHE Holders of Agricultural Leases J. under the Goldfields Acts, who are desirous of purchasing the land so leased, are informed that, although an original lease does not require to be stamped, any transfer of -such lease is subject to the duties imposed by the Stamp Act, and is liable to the penalties provided by the Act if not stamped within a given time ; and that, on application at the Land Office by a derivative holder, a duly stamped transfer must be produced and b« surrendered, together with the original lease.
