Dunedin, Thursday, 5. p.m. The Superintendent's message asking for £IOOO for "Daily Times" expenses in libel ease, Cameron v Daily Times, refused consideration. Ayes* 16, Noes, 17. Mr. Thompson has tabled a notice " that this Council has no confidence in the present Government." The Government are not likely to have a majority of more than one. In the event o'f a dissolution, Capt. M'Kenzie, or Mr. France are spoken of as likely to be sent for. The Taieri Hundred question is now before the House.
