BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH. . (from our own correspondent.) . Dunedin, Thursday, 4.45 p.m. The Panama mail arrived on the 25th inst. at Wellington. The Cricket Match between the Oamaru and Dunedin Cubs was won by the latter, with nine wickets to fall. Timaru Races.—First day.—The Maiden Plate was won by Miss King; the Innkeepers' Purse by Master Rawe. Second day.—The Handicap was won by Ata anta ; the Town Plate by Miss King ; the I adies Purse by Miss King; aid the Silver Cup by Old Bird.
