TSY an Order made by his Honor tli e " Judge of the District Court of the 0 ago Goldlields, in the above Matter, dated, the 18th day of September, 1867, on the petition of James Hamilto , of Maniatoto Plains, n tago, New Zealand, sheep fartner, and others, it was, inter alia, ordered as follows, that is to say : It is hereby ordered that the Shag River WaterRace Company (Registered) Ve Wound up forthwith, under the provisions of 'The Mining Companies' Limited Liability Act, 1865," by the Official Agent ill and for the Mining District of the Otago Gold fields; and it is further ordered that all parties Claiming to be Creditors of the above named Company do prove their Claims by affidavit, to be filed with the Clerk of the Court at Clyde aforesaid on or before Tuesday, the 7th January 1868. And it is further ordered that Monday, the 13th day of January 186S at the Court House at Clyde aforesaid, be the time and place for adjudicating on such claims. HENRY J. COPK, Official Agent.
