And it is further ordered that Monday, the 13th day of January 18GS at the Court House at Clyde aforesaid, be the time and place for adjudicating on such claims. HENRY J. COPE, Official Agent, TENDERS will be received at the Office of the Secretary for Land and Works, until noon of Monday, 30th December, for Dunstan to Nevis—Contract No. 276—Construction of about fifty-five chains of Road on Line " Clyde to Nevis." Plans and specifications may be seen and forms of tender obtained at the office of the Engineer of Roads and Works, Dunedin; and at the Survey Office, Clpde.
