Distance two miles. CONSOLATION HANDICAP Of 30 Sovs., for all beaten horses. Post entry, £1 Is. Distance one mile and a half. RULES & REGULATIONS. Mares and geldings allowed 31b. No entries will be received for any of the above races except upon this condition : That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of tho racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be (inal. No person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse for any race in this programme (post entry races excepted) unless the latter be qualified as the bona-fide property of a subscriber of not less than £3 3s. to the race fund. Entries to be received by the Secretary, at his office, Snnderland-street, Clyde, before 8 p. m. on Monday, the 23rd of December, ISG7, entrance money enclosed, with name, age, and pedigree (if any) of the horse, name of the owner, and colors of the rider. Any jockey riding except in the colours entered will be fined £2. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of all stakes for expenses.
