OK THE ENGLISH MAIL FOR JULY. VIA S U E Z. BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH. Di-xedix, Sept. 19, ."> p.m. The Rangitoto, with the English July Mail, via Suez, arrived at the Bluff on the afternoon of Tuesday. Napoleon is about to visit the Austrian Emperor. August, 7th. House of Lords passed the Reform Bill, with £lO Lodger franchise. August, 9th. The House of Commons adopted tho amendment on the Reform Bill, for representation of Minorities, but rejects voting papers. Consols 9-1. Bank discount, 2 per cent. Money plentiful. Wheat risen considerably. The Queen's Biography of the late Prince Consort was well received. The Lord Mayor of London, and the Sheriffs have been knighted. King Otho of Greece is dead. August, 10th. Rumours of difficulties, between France and Prussia has entirely ceased. The following are the departures for New Zealand—Star of Tasmania, Ida Ziegler, Prospector, and Elcctra. ITALY.
