A[l that Section of Land, held under lease from the Crown, at a nominal rental/.known as MONTE CHRISTO FARM, Situate and being on the boundary of the Town Belt of the township of Clyde, comprising 100 acres, GO thereof fenced and under crop, that is to say, 50 acres oats and 10 acres vineyard orchard, and 'market garden; together with four-roomed house, detached kitchen, five-stall stable, two substantially-built barns (one 40 feet by 20, the other 20 feet by 10), meu's huts, piggeries, fowl houses, and all necessary out-buildiriffs.
