Court within the Goldfields, in matter, .provided for under the Act. It is further notified, that the power t< •appoint Judges and Magistrates being ; of the Crown, any person tak ing upon himself to act in such capacity under any other authority is guilty of; misdemeanor, and all decisions, judg • incuts, and awards given, and all act done by any such person in such capacit; -lire absolutely null and void.
