Haggit .. .. 40.-. Sibbald .. .. C 4?. THE NOMINATIONS. The nominations for the Dunstan District, and Gold-fields, took place on Monday, at the Court House, Clyde. Mr H. W. Robinson It. M. was the Returning Officer— about fifty persons were present For the Gold-fields. • Mr W. Ehller (', ('.. M'lntyrj. .T. Mouat. C O'Neil .T. C. Brown. T. L.. Shepherd. C. Nicholson. The show of hands waa in favor of Messrs Fuller, M'hityre, and Mouat. Mr Nicholson demanded a Poll. For Dunstan District. Mr W. Frezer. J. Vogel. S. Isaacs. H. J. Cope. The show of hands was in favor of Mr W. Frazcr. Mr R. Barlow on behalf of Mr y. Isaacs demanded a Poll. Messrs Frascr Fuller and Nicholson were the only candidates present, they severally addressed the meeting,, and returned thanks for the boner done them. A vote of thanks to the Returning Officer con c csudccl the proceedings.
