ELECTION NOTICE. ELECTORAL DISTRICT OF THE GOLDFIELDS. I « Pursuance of tlio provisions of an Act of * the General Assembly of New Zealand intituled "The Regulation of Elections Act, 1553," I, Henry Wirgajan Robinson, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of the GoldfiV.ds of Otago, do hereby give notice that, by virtue of a Writ, bearing date the tenth day o 1 January, 1367, issued under the hand of Hit Excellency the Governor of New Zealand, an Election will be held for the return of three qualified persons to serve as Members of the Provincial Council of Otago for the said Electurol District; and that the noruiiation of Candidates will take place at the Court House, Clyde on Monday the 11th day of March, ISC7, and that the Poll, {if necessary) will be taken on Monday the twenty-fifth day of Marc!), 1867.
