A man named Richards, living at the Bannockburn, was fined £lO for a breach of the Licensing Ordinance—the liquor seized was ordered to be forfeited.
A second case wai heard, when a mar was fined £5 for furious riding—it was a most aggravated cise—the fellow having previously been warned by the police as ivell as fined 5s by the bench.
