Grant as an Auditor. And further, that the Mayor of the said Municipality ■wil attend on, and at the day, time, and place herein before'named, and will then ■cause to be publicly opened an' read, al such Nominations as shall be in due form, and shall have been lodged with the Townoffice before noon of the said twenty-first day of January instant.
