NOTICE, /'"IROWN GRANTS for the land and in \J favor of the person mentioned in the Supplement to the ‘ Provincial Government Gazette ’ of sth December current, are now ready for issue; and attention is directed to the following clauses of the Crown Grants Act, 1860, passed during the last session of the General Assembly, which came into operation on the Bth October last;— Clause XXXlX.—There shall be paid upon all Grants to be hereafter issued, which may be left in the charge or custody of any Commissioner of Crown Lands, or other officer charged with the delivery of the same, a fee of sixpence for every month during which they shall have been so left after the expiration of three ' mouths from the date of the notice in the ‘ Gazette ’ of the province wherein the lands are situate, that such grants are ready for delivery. Clause XL.—There shall be paid upon all Grants issued prior to the passing of this Act, and left as aforesaid in the * custody of the officer charged with the delivery thereof, a fee of sixpence per month for every mouth during which they shall be so left, after two months subsequent to the passing of this Act.
