~1 BA'Lt'D TENDERS will be received at nJ the Chief Post Office, Duntdin, till noon of the 17th day of December next, for the conveyance of mails between the undermentioned places, from the Ist day January, to the 3lst day of December, 1867; but to be terminable by the Postmaster General, by giving six weeks notice Between Clyde and Nevis, weekly; the same service fortnightly. Each Tender must be accompanied by a written security, in a form which may be obtained at any Post Office, within the Province, for a sum equal to five per cent. on the amount of the Tender, and to "be enclosed with the Tender, binding the Tenderer to take up the Service Tendered for, and sign the necessary Contract Bond if His Tender is accepted.
