HULES AND-REGULATIONS. No entry -will be received for any of the above races except' 1 on this condition : That all disputes, 1 claims and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by, the Stewards, or whom they may appoint. ’ - No person shall be allowed to enter or run. a horse unless the latter be qualified a&-the bona fide property of a Subscriber, of not less than X 3 3s to the race fund.
