GRAND MUNICIPAL STEEPLE CHASE, TO COME OFF ON THE CROMWELL COURSE, ON THE 21st INST. ENTRIES. Ist Horse.— * Old Saveloy,' out of the celebrated Port M'Quarry mare, 'My Grand Mother,' got by ' Small Goods,' grand dam 'Glass Pipe.' This is s ptmky old horse, aud has won races both in California and China ; he is a little lame at present, by being chaffed with the hobbles, but uuder the able care of Messrs Thompson and The Lieutenant he may be brought in good fettle to the ground. Colors, Brown Jacket and Hairy Cap. 2nd Horse—' Cross Belt,' got by 'St John,' out of «Steel Pen ' This is a very steady >unner, and takes his leaps admirably j a very favorite horse, and well qualified to inn on any course. Colours, Blue Jai ket and White Cap. 3rd Horse—' Leitrim Lad,' out of 'Molly U'Guire,' got by 'Fenian.' This is the favorite horsf, and it properly ridden will have an easy'victoiy ; he is a little sulky, and if not well managed will be inclined to BOLT. Odours, Green Jacket and Orange Cap.
