T HEREBY give notice tbat an open ■*■ Gourt for the Revision of the Citizen's List for the Incorporated Town of Cromwell, and for hearing and determining the claims of Citizens thereof to be inserted in such lists, and the objections of such Citizen's to any other Citizens having their names retained thereon as provided by Section 40 of the Otago Municipal Corporation -Ordinance, 1865, will be held by Henry Aldborough Stratford, Fsquire, the person appointed by His Honor the Superintendent or that behalf, on Wednesday the 11th day of July, 1866, at the CourtHouse at Cromwell. All claims of Citi ens to have their names inserted in such lists, must be lodged in such office not later than 3rd day of July, and objections not later than sth day -of July, 1866.
