Finally, the sum of £SOO will be paid to any person or persons who may satisfactorily inform the advertiser at whose instigation " Selfishness" became induced to select Messrs. Chappie and Jones as the most reliable agents to execute its mandate in connexion with unscrupulous water monopoly in the Lower Manuherikia. The successful solver or solvers of the above problematical queries will be paid the specified rewards by Veritas, at the Butcher's Gully Hotel, at any hour convenient to the son or sons of Cleverness.
