"We beg to apologise to our readers for the lateness of the hour at which this day's " Dimstan Times " is published, and also tor the paucity of reading matter. It arises in consequence of a large number of advertisements coming in at a late hour, and our inability to procure any extra workmen. Mr. J. E. Staite, of the Clyde Portrait Rooms, has requested us to announce that he intends to leave Cromwell for Clyde some time during the following week. [ DVT.] Capital prospects have been obtained during the last week from the National Beef at Black's "o. 3.
