PROSPECTUS OF THE All England Eleven Sluicing Company. TO EE REGISTERED UNDER THE MINING COMPANIES LIMITED LIABILITY ACT, 1865. Capital. £565, In 113 Shares at £5 each, payable on application—the present proprietors retaining 62 Shares, and the remaining 51 Shares will be offered to the Public. Provisional Directors. "W. Theyers E. Aldridge W. Grindley J, U. Cambridge Carl Smith -With power to add to their number. W. Theyers, Treasurer. THIS Company is star-ted for the purpose of working the All England Eleven Claim at Sandy Point. It has a right to four (4) heads of water from Fraser’s River, and also an excellent plant ready for commencing operations at once. The original propriety Michael Cullen (who will still hold a con? siderable interest in the Company) has worked the claim for over two (2) years, during -which time a great quantity of •gold has been obtained. Within the last ' three months he has been at a heavy ’ expense in putting extra plant on the ground to work it more effectually, and found the-undertaking too great for his limited means—for which reason only it is offered to the public. The claim is so well known in the district that the Directors consider it useless to puff it up, but invite the Public to inspect the claim and plant. The share list will remain open for one month when if the whole of the Fifty-one (51) Shares are not taken up, the several deposits will be returned Applications for shares to be made to, and and any information can be obtained from J. TJ. CAMBRIDGE, lIOn. Sec. pro tcm.
