FinHIS Company is started for the pur--1 pose of working the All England Eleven Claim at Sandy Point, It has a right to four (4) heads of water from Eraser's River, and as also an excellent plant ready for commencing operations at once. The original proprietor, Michael Cullen (who will still hold a considerable interest in the Company) has worked the claim for over two (2) years, during which time a great quantity of gold has been obtained. Within the last three months he has been at a heavy expense in putting extra plant on the ground to work it more effectually, and found the undertaking too great for his limited means—for which reason only it is offered to the public. The claim is so well known in the district that the Directors consider it useless to miff it im The share list will remain open for one month when if the whole of the Fifty-one (51) Shares are not taken up, the several deposits will be returned.
